Island Perfume Bar collects the information in this application form so that our recruitment team can assess your suitability for the position you applied for.
What we collect We collect the personal and professional details you enter in the application form, together with any documents you choose to upload, such as your CV, identification document, educational certificates and experience letters.
Why we collect it Your information is used only to review your application, to contact you about it, and to keep a record of our recruitment decisions.
Who can access it Only authorised Island Perfume Bar recruitment staff can access your application and your uploaded documents. Documents are stored privately on our own server and are never published, sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it Applications are normally retained for up to twelve months from the date of submission so that we can consider you for similar positions. After that, records are deleted.
Your choices You may ask us to correct or delete your application at any time. Contact our recruitment team using the email address shown on this website and quote your application reference number.
How your documents are stored
- Uploaded documents are stored on our own server, outside any publicly reachable folder.
- Documents are given random filenames, so they cannot be found by guessing a web address.
- A document can only be opened through an authenticated administrator session. There is no public link to any file.
- We never attach your documents to outgoing email, and we never share them with third parties for marketing.
- We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this website.
Requesting a correction or deletion
You can ask us to correct or delete your application at any time. Email our recruitment team with your application reference number — the code beginning IPB- that was shown when you submitted your application — and tell us what you would like changed or removed.
