Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once we accept it and let you know. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you rather than substituting it.

Prices are in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) and include GST. Prices and stock come from our live inventory and can change; if a price shown was clearly wrong, we will contact you before processing the order. You can pay by card or BML MobilePay on Bank of Maldives' secure payment page, or by bank transfer with the transfer slip attached at checkout. Bank transfer orders are processed once we have confirmed the payment.

In Male' and Hulhumalé our courier delivers to the ground floor of your building; to other islands we hand the order to the boat you name, under our shipping policy. Delivery times we give are estimates.

Returns are handled under our returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Gift cards are bought in an order of their own and issued once payment is confirmed. A digital gift card is emailed to the address given at checkout; a printed one is delivered like any order. They can be spent on this website and in our shops until the balance is used, cannot be exchanged for cash, and should be treated like cash: anyone with the code can use it.

Signed-in customers earn Boli (points) on perfume purchases, online and in our shops, credited when the order is confirmed. Boli have no cash value, are used only as a discount on purchases, and are removed again if the order they came from is cancelled or refunded. Boli expire after a long period without earning or spending them. We may change Klab and will show the current rules on the Klab page.

Reviews can be left by customers who bought the product. By posting one you allow us to show it with your first name and last initial. We remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic or misleading.

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to your account.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives, and the courts of the Maldives have jurisdiction over any dispute.
